MEICA Site Manager for Renowned Civil & Electrical Tier 1 Contractor
Focused on delivering clean and wastewater projects across regions in Kent & Sussex.
Base Location: Kent
Compensation: £45,000 - £53,000, inclusive of car allowance and additional benefits
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
Required Skills: Specialisation in MEICA, along with capabilities in program oversight, risk evaluations, periodic reporting, and financial tracking
Project Scale: Typical project budgets vary from £5m to £15m

Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee daily site activities in line with project plans
Maintain safety standards and ensure projects are completed within time, budget, and quality parameters
Generate monthly status reports for the Contracts Manager
Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders
Manage collaborations with specialised MEICA subcontractors
Recognise and navigate project risks and changes
Qualifications:
Academic and practical qualifications in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering
Previous experience in a site management role, preferably in water-related projects
Proficiency in MS Office and project management software
CITB (SMSTS) and/or CSCS certification for safety management
Ability to manage multiple MEICA projects within deadlines
Valid UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK
